**Agreement Terms for Digital Product Purchase**

This Agreement is between Shadowplay Communications, LLC dba FinishedBooks.com and the digital product buyer ("Client"). It governs the Client's purchase of a digital product from the Company's online store ("Product"). By making a payment, the Client agrees to these terms:

1. **Product Access & Usage**
- The Client will receive the Product within 96 hours.
- The Client has perpetual access as long as the Product remains available.
- Company grants the Client a unique, non-transferable license to use the Product. This Product cannot be shared. If unauthorized sharing is suspected, Company may terminate access.
- Client can adapt the Product content for personal and business needs. Credit to the Company isn't mandatory when using the Product's content.

2. **Payment**
- For the Product, the Client will pay the amount shown at online checkout.

- If payment fails, the Client must provide an alternative method before accessing the Product. If access is already granted and payment fails, the Company will pursue outstanding fees.

3. **Refund Policy**
- As digital products are accessible immediately, no refunds are permitted.

4. **Personal Information**
- Purchasing the Product requires personal details like name, email, and address. The Client allows the Company to use this data legally.

- Billing data is kept secure. Providing false data or illegal Product use can lead to termination.

5. **Copyright**
- Once the Product is delivered, its copyright is transferred to the Client.

6. **Warranties & Liability**
- The Company strives for Product accuracy but offers no guarantees regarding its suitability or function.

- The Company isn't liable for losses or damages due to the Product's use, including loss of profits.

- The Client will shield the Company from any breaches of these terms.

7. **Force Majeure**
- Events beyond control, like natural disasters or wars, may prevent fulfilling this Agreement. Such disruptions excuse affected parties from their obligations.

8. **No Assured Outcomes**
- The Company doesn't promise specific outcomes from using the Product.

9. **Realistic Expectations**
- Each Client's experience with the Product varies. The Product caters to a broad audience.

10. **Full Agreement**
- This Agreement is comprehensive, replacing any prior agreements. Changes must be written, signed, and attached to this original document.

11. **Legal Governance**
- Nevada laws govern this Agreement. Arbitrations occur in Clark County, Nevada. Parties cover their own legal costs, sharing any enforcement costs.

12. **Resolution of Disputes**
- Disagreements first attempt mediation, then arbitration per American Arbitration Association rules. Arbitration occurs in Clark County, Nevada, unless agreed otherwise. Arbitration costs are the sole burden of the party claiming aggrievement.

13. **Transfer Limitations**
- This Agreement can not be passed to a third party without both parties' written agreement.

14. **Severability**
- If parts of this Agreement are deemed unenforceable, the rest remains effective. Not enforcing one term doesn't negate other terms.

As products are digital downloads, absolutely no returns are accepted and no refunds are offered at any time, for any reason.

Every product has been vetted, however, buyer accepts all responsibility, without exception for claims of trademark, copyright, or any related claims.
